Bantayan (again)

Finally traveled to beautiful Bantayan over the weekend. We have a free accommodation waiting for us courtesy of Kota Beach. It's just me, hubby and Alex leaving Zabbie with the yayas because she's still too young to travel. Hubby was too lazy to drive so the plan was to take the bus. We reach Bantayan after 3 and half hours of rollercoaster bus ride and smooth sailing boat ride.

Bantayan never cease to amaze me with its charm and beauty. And despite summer finally coming to a close, the island is still a host to a lot of tourists both local and international.

Blame it on Facebook

… that’s why I haven’t updated this blog for such a long time. I’ve been busy as hell too I didn’t have the time to even bloghopped. I should’ve blogged about some exciting events the past few weeks….

… like my one day of fame – fresh from my APY glory, my fat self appeared in Sunstar’s neighborhood page two weeks ago.

… like having a new boss and adjusting to her blabbermouth.

… like my brother’s cebu vacation and our weekend mall tours.

… like our yard sale at home making us hundreds of pesos richer and our piles of clothes lesser

… like the “Magdalo” gathering last Saturday.

So many stories to tell yet got no time to really compose an article. I miss updating this space. I also got hooked with facebook that whenever I get the chance to go online, I just check on some people’s not so ordinary lives in broadcast mode. Yeah, yeah sounds pathetic but I guess I’m just jealous because summer is almost over and yet I’m just confined indoor while some of my friends have been to some lovely resorts and back enjoying the sun, sand and booze.
